The addition of extra virgin olive oil gave these wonderful flatbreads a longer shelf life, delicious flavor, enhanced nutrition, and a tender, crisp texture.

Today, all-natural Regañas (ray-gan-yahs) flatbreads can be used to make delicious tapas creations... canapés with cheeses, meats, sweet peppers... and can be served with tapenades, cheese plates, charcuterie, salads, soups... and all by themselves! Baked daily in Cordoba, Spain, in the heart of Andalucía.
