La Caperelle® retail 3.5 oz. jars come packed in brine, and in sherry vinegar. The simple brine pack (cured in brine, then packed in vinegar) keeps the classic caper flavor intact.
Capers in sherry vinegar have a wonderful nutty sherry flavor. Outstand for us in brown sauces, especially, and as an addition to homemade mayonnaise.
